Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Digital Products (Study Materials & Notes)

Since Edvist offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (such as PDF notes, recorded lectures, premium hub access, and digital passes), we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and access is granted.

By completing a purchase on our platform, you acknowledge and agree that your payment is non-refundable. We do not accept refund requests for reasons like "bought by mistake," "syllabus didn't match exactly," or "don't need it anymore."

2. Edvist Coins (Wallet Top-ups)

If you purchase or earn Edvist Coins to use within our ecosystem, these coins are strictly non-refundable and cannot be converted back into fiat currency (INR/USD/Bank Transfer) under any circumstances.

3. Exceptions for Technical Server Failures

We only make exceptions to the no-refund rule if:

• Your payment was successfully deducted by the bank, but our system completely failed to grant you access due to a server crash. (In this case, manual access will be provided within 24 hours, or a refund will be initiated to the original payment method).
